Shipping Policy

To assist you in choosing a Shipping Method all Shipping charges will be calculated based on your delivery zip code.
Delivery times are calculated in business days; weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do NOT count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the following Tuesday.)

NOTE: All shipping charges are based on the product weight with the exception being items categorized as oversized (i.e. Hockey Sticks)

PLEASE NOTE - UPS does NOT guarantee Residential Next Day Deliveries. No refunds are provided for next day charges to residential addresses. In some cases these rates are estimates and shipping cost may need to be adjusted. 
We will notify you prior to shipment.

GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. If you absolutely need it by a certain day please choose one of the air services.

• Next Day Air:  All Next Day Air orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. EST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock).
• Sometimes due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date please call us at 603 898 7777).
• Any order placed after 1:00 p.m. on Fridays will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
• All orders leaving TSR Hockey are picked up Monday through Friday only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
• Shipping to P.O. Boxes:  UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 10% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and
• Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
• Shipping To Canada: Avoid Brokerage fees by selecting USPS Priority to Canada as your shipping method. USPS Priority to Canada is often the most efficient shipping method to Canada. Please note that some manufacturers will not allow us to ship to Canada.

• Bauer does not allow us to ship outside of the USA and does not allow the use of any type of 3^rd party shipping process to circumvent that policy.
